1. General

1.2 The content of this website is subject to change without notice and is for your general information and use only. Any unauthorized use of this website may lead to a claim for damages and be seen as a criminal offence.
1.3 If any term or provision of these Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions here of shall continue in full force and effect as if the Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
2. Goods
2.1 All items are handmade and therefore may differ slightly from any prototype or pictures shown.
2.2 We are unable to guarantee the true colour re-production of the shades displayed, because browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output
2.3 We make every effort to ensure variances between same products/lines are minimal (size, colour, cut)
2.4 The Buyer accepted a reasonable tolerance in dimensions of +/- 2mm
3. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
3.1 All prices shown are pounds sterling and include UK VAT.
3.2 All other prices shown in different currencies are indicative only, based on third party currency rates that we cannot accept responsibility for, the actual cost to you will be the £ Sterling converted to your local currency by your provider on the day that your account is charged.
3.3 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
3.4 We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
3.5 Payment can be made by a number of ways we can accept card both Credit & Debit or by the use PayPal, payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your order.
3.6 The purchaser is liable for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.
3.7 While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
3.8 If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
3.9 No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Silver Tree Crystal until Silver Tree Crystal dispatches the product(s) ordered.
4. Hours of Operation
4.1 We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, any orders received after these times will be processed on the next working day.
4.2 We are also open by appointment at any other times; please phone to check before making that special journey.
5. Returns & Replacements
5.1 If any product arrives damaged we’ll replace it without question. – Excluding good sold as Slightly Imperfect.
5.2 If you decide you do not want the product when you get it, please inform us within 7 days from delivery date.
5.3 After that time it well be deemed that you have accepted the goods that you have received.
5.4 Please return the items to us within 14 days (in saleable condition) and we will refund your money.
5.5 Unless there was an error on our part in despatching your order, or the goods were faulty, your refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, reasonable postage costs incurred in the return, as well as the original delivery charges will be refunded on proof of the cost of return carriage. 6. Privacy & Security
6.1 Should you register to this site you will be asked to provide information such as your contact details. We will store this data and use it to fulfil our agreement and your orders and notify you of your order status.
6.2 We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, but may wish to advise you of other Silver Tree Crystal products or offers available. All information is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
6.3 If you wish to be contacted in this way please ensure you have given your consent in the customer registration section.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Save in respect of personal injury or death due to any negligence, the Company shall not be liable to the Buyer in respect of any loss suffered by the Buyer due to any defect in the Goods.
7.2 Without prejudice to Condition 7.1 the Company shall not be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Buyer arising in any way from this Agreement.
8. Rights of consumer
8.1 Nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.
